Description: D´Lite Chocolate is a premium quality dairy-based soft serve made from some of the world´s finest cocoa.
It is delicious and at 1% fat (compared to up the 18% fat of some premoum ice creams), you have the richness in taste but you can endulge - without the guilt!

Ingredients: Milk Solids, Sugar, Cocoa (7%), Maltodextrin, Vegetable Fat, Vegetable gums (466, 407, 412), Flavour, Emulsifiers (472a, 322 Soy).
Warning: This product contains Dairy and Soy as indicated in bold.

Packaging: 12 kg/carton (8 x 1.5kg sachets)
Sachets: airtight, lightproof, CO2 flushed food-grade, foil-laminate bags bearing the following information in English: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Mixing Instructions, Ingredients, Manufacturing Date, Best Before Date, Batch Code, Time Manufactured.
Cartons: Custom-printed, export-grade single corrugated ´1C´ super-flute cardboard box, with a label bearing the following information: Product Name, Product Code, Net Weight, Ingredients, Packaging Date, Best-before Date, Storage Instructions & Supplier Details. Then in jet-print, the Pallet Code and Time of Packaging is printed on the reverse side of the carton.

Storage Instructions: Cartons of powder base must be stored below 25 deg. Celsius (77 deg F) away from direct light.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
After mixing, it is must be stored below 4 deg Celsius (39 deg F) and used within 3 days.

| Yield: Each bag (1.5 kg) is mixed into 3.5 litres of water so yield per bag is 5kg. Each carton yields 40 kg liquid mix. This is equivalent to 400 x 100gram serves |

Palletizing:
One standard LCL pallet holds 80 cartons (but 100 cartons when part of an FCL order) and is 1.92 cubic meters in size (excluding pallet) and weighs 960kg |
Specified Optimum Operational Temperature:
Soft Serve: This soft serve must be served between minus 7 and minus 8 deg Celsius (between 17.6 & 19 deg F).
Hopper: The liquid in the storage hopper must be kept between 2 and 4 deg Celsius. This temp. is usually reached after 1 hour of pouring fresh mix into the machine mixed with water at 16 deg Celsius /61 deg F. |

Applications:
- Cones, twin-twist cones, sundaes or used as a base for making chocolate shakes (because the D´Lite contains real cocoa, it makes better shakes than simply using plain soft serve and chocolate milkshake flavouring).
- Milkshakes: 1/3rd chocolate soft serve, 2/3rds cold milk and chocolate milkshake flavouring syrup to taste (usually 5-10% of total volume). Blend for 20 second with milkshake spinner. Aeration ~20% of final volume.
- Thickshakes: 2/3rds chocolate soft serve, 1/3rd cold milk, chocolate milkshake flavouring syrup to taste (usually 5 % of total volume if D´Lite Chocolate is used as a base). Blend for 30 second with milkshake spinner. Aeration ~10% of final volume.
